setup and breakdown, cleaning including backdrops, props, and styling should be done within your booked time.

kids underage must be supervised during shoot.

Must clean after yourselves.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • More than 48 hours before your booking: Full refund or one complimentary reschedule.

  • 24–48 hours before your booking: 50% of the booking fee will be refunded. Alternatively, you may reschedule once with a $25 rescheduling fee.

  • Less than 24 hours before your booking: No refunds or credits.

  • No-shows: No refunds or credits.

Late Arrivals

Your booking begins and ends at the reserved time. Late arrivals do not extend your rental period or qualify for a refund.

Early Departure

No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time if you choose to leave early.

Weather & Emergencies

In the event of severe weather or other emergencies beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Host Cancellations

If Third Place Studio must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive the option of a full refund or a full credit toward a future booking.

Booking Agreement

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation policy.

Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the studio, furniture, equipment, props, backdrops, or fixtures during their booking.

Any damaged, broken, lost, or stolen equipment or studio property will be repaired or replaced at the guest's expense. Charges will be based on the cost of repair or the full replacement value of the item if it cannot be repaired.

Please report any accidental damage immediately so we can address it promptly.

Third Place Studio reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any damages, excessive cleaning, or repairs resulting from misuse or negligence.
